We never put our customers or ourselves at risk. Here's some extra information you may wish to know about certifications and training that our company and our staff have in place.
- We have a full Standard National PSV Operators License
- All vehicles are fully licensed through DVSA
- All vehicles are fully insured for Private Hire use
- All vehicles not only have their legally required Annual MOT, but are also tested to MOT standard every 6 weeks, as well as daily walk around checks to maintain maximum safety, and our Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) through DVSA is Green
- We are fully insured for Public Liability
- We are ICO registered
- All of our drivers have extensive training, including Safeguarding through multiple local authorities, the NSPCC, and West Mercia Police, First Aid, Epilepsy Awareness, Crisis Prevention, Level 2 NVQ diploma in Passenger Carrying Vehicle Driving (bus and coach) QCF, Master Driver NVQ Course, and complete regular hand picked Driver CPC training courses relevant to them, as well as in-house training to maintain their knowledge and legal vocational license
- All passenger assistants are fully trained with a PATS course, Safeguarding, First Aid and Crisis Prevention, as well as in-house training to maintain their knowledge
- All staff within the company have completed a Child Exploitation and Vulnerability Awareness Course provided by West Mercia Police, and this is refreshed regularly
- All staff within the company, including drivers, passenger assistants, and office staff, are extensively DBS checked, and we are very proud to carry out multiple contracts for the local authorities taking primary, secondary and SEN school children to and from school every day of the week, as well as young adults to college and university
- Children are legally exempt from using car seats when travelling in a Private Hire Vehicle - we are happy to advise, but it is ultimately the parent’s/guardian’s choice and responsibility if you would like to provide a seat or not. This also applies to any child travelling with us for Home to School Transport
- We are Carer Friendly, Disability Confident, a part of the Care Leaver Covenant, and also a part of the Armed Forces Covenant
- We are Carbon Neutral through an Offset Scheme
- We have our "Good To Go" Certificate from VisitEngland to confirm we have all possible safety measures in place for us to continue transporting all of our passengers with confidence after the Covid-19 pandemic
